I'm an Australian journalist, content writer, subeditor and website producer with more than a decade of experience in the print and digital media industry. 

 

I've worked for brands such as ELLE, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, GQ, The Iconic, Coles, Sunday Style, Australian Women's Weekly, Woolworths, Mama Disrupt, Country Style and Channel Nine's The Block.

 

I'm skilled in content ideation, writing, editing, EDMs, a variety of CMS platforms, SEO keywords, InDesign and social media.

 

I completed a Bachelor of Communication, majoring in journalism and marketing at Western Sydney University.

After graduating, I began my career at Woolworths' Good Taste magazine, before working as a subeditor, then beauty writer, at Cosmo Bride, Cosmo Health and Cosmo Pregnancy.

From there, I moved into subediting and writing roles at teen mag Dolly, then Cosmopolitan, where I became features editor and wrote everything from news pieces to celebrity cover stories.

Since then, I've worked across both print and digital, with the goal of bringing stories to life in a way that informs, inspires and excites readers to take action.

 

I'm currently a features writer at Home Beautiful, Country Style and Inside Out at Are Media in Sydney's CBD. I live in NSW's peaceful Blue Mountains with my husband and two sons.
